2025 Travel Spring/Fall Softball Registration

 The spring registration deadline is April 6th 2025 by 11:59 pm

The fall registration deadline is August 1st, 2025 by 11:59 pm

- The fee for the spring session is $50.00 per player.

-The fee for the fall session is $50.00 per player.

 

- All players are required to submit a copy of their birth certificate prior to the start of the first game of the session they are registering for. Failure to do so, will result in the player being removed from the team. Your volunteer check will be returned to you but no refunds will be given for the session.

- A $50.00 volunteer deposit, in the form of a check, is required for all players. ($50.00 per family). This check is fully refundable and will not be deposited, if you sign up for and fulfill a volunteer time slot. Your player's coach will provide further instructions about volunteer opportunities. HERS is a non-profit organization and 100% ran by volunteers.  If you would like to help, you can sign up on your registration form, speak to a commissioner or your coach. There will also be a sign up sheet for events, snack shack, etc. Your volunteer check is good for the entire year of 2025, you do not need to write multiple checks if your child is playing multiple sessions with HERS in 2025. The check will be returned to you after the season is over if you completed volunteer hours.

Volunteer check must be separate from the registration fee and can only be in check form.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR SPRING/FALL TRAVEL SOFTBALL

 

  •  Open registration form by clicking the PDF box  in English or Spanish

  •  Fill out 1 registration form per child for travel ball (both fall and spring can be on the same form)

  •  Download the form after you have filled it out to save your changes.

  •  Print a copy of your player(s) birth certificates.

  •  Write a check for $50.00 for the volunteer fee. **Write players name in the memo** VERY important!

  •  Pay the fee of $50.00 per child, per session. (i.e $100 for both spring and fall)

  • You can ​register in person at BOPPS on 3/18 or the HERS field on 4/6 for spring or fall. 

  • You can register for fall ball during any of the HERS games before August 1.

  •  You can email the registration form and birth certificate with your "players name + registration form" in the subject line to herssoftball@gmail.com

  •  You can Venmo the registration fee to @herssoftball. Players name(s) MUST be in the comments section. Do not send your volunteer fee thru Venmo, it must be a check.

  • You can CashApp the registration fee to cash tag $herssoftball. Players name(s) MUST be in the comments section. Do not send your volunteer fee thru Venmo, it must be a check.

  • You can snail mail the form, birth certificate, volunteer fee and registration fee (check only) to HERS P.O Box 333 Harvard, Il 60033. Volunteer check must be separate from the registration fee and can only be in check form.
